TERMS OF SERVICE

Right to refuse - I have the right to refuse any commissions for any reason
Refund policy - No refunds will be issued. All payments are final unless I am unable to start your commission in which case you will get a full refund.
Commercial use - all commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use liscence comes with an additional cost(+70% of the original price)
Payment - All payment under 200$ are done fully upfront via paypal
AI & LLMs - All rights to the art I create belong exclusively to me unless agreed otherwise. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission and you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, on any online or physical marketplace. You may not use my art to train or to input into any kind of AI model.
Delivery - Depending on complexity the artwork will be delivered within a week via Email as PNG or PDF file.
Revisions - Three revisions are allowed during the sketching and coloring phase. Revisions post-rendering phase will cost additional fees.
Intellectual property rights - I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.
Communication - Please maintain professional conduct and respond in a timely manner. Understand that for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me may result in my inability to complete your commission to your satisfaction.
